Gervasi Vineyard has an opening for the exciting position of Vineyard Caretaker. The Vineyard Caretaker has responsibility to support all aspects and phases of vineyard operation, maintenance and grape production through the seasonal requirements of each area to ensure that all tasks are done in accordance with best practices, procedures and safety requirements. The position has responsibility for supporting Gervasi’s high quality estate wines while maintaining viticultural and hospitality industry aesthetics. In addition, the Vineyard Caretaker will assist in winery and distillery processes as required. Key qualifications for this position include viticulture or enology training, a mechanical aptitude, problem solving skills, a team spirit and the ability to execute detailed instructions.
 

This is a full time position that requires availability for a flexible work schedule that includes some weekends and evenings.
