Gervasi Vineyard is seeking a courteous and hospitable candidate to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Our Host Coordinator is responsible for ensuring satisfaction from the moment the guest arrives until the guest leaves our property. The Host Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for all guest request and needs and will be accountable for complete guest satisfaction. You will be required to manage OpenTable, train and manage our host team, answer telephone inquiries, make reservations, manage the dining room floor in a support manager role as well as other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position. You must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
