Group Management Services (GMS) is seeking to hire a full time Payroll Tax Specialist for the Richfield, OH office.

What are some expectations of this role?
- Daily import of tax liability from PRISM to MasterTax
- Research any new taxes and add to MasterTax
- Reconcile daily tax liability from MasterTax to ScorPEO
- Research/Resolve any discrepancies between the liabilities
- Send out payments using the Federal EFTPS software, various local websites, or cutting checks
- Coordinate collection and payment of unpaid tax liabilities
- Reconcile quarter and annual tax liability to what has been keyed into the payroll system for W2's
- Enter tax notices into CRM > Resolve local tax notices
- Education and/or Experience - Bachelor's Degree and 2 years experience in data entry, customer service, and problem resolution
- Availability - Must be available for extended hours during key tax periods (quarter/year-end); may not take more than two consecutive days off in January, April, July & October without approval
