GMS, one of the country’s leading PEOs, is looking for a high energy individual with training and coaching skills to join our Sales Department.

What Does a Sales Trainer Do?

• Determine training needs by traveling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports and conferring with VP of Sales and Sales Mangers.
• Travel to assigned location 3-4 weeks each month to develop sales staff and provide feedback.
• Develop individual coaching plans and provide resources and assistance to sales representatives.
• Attend appointments with sales representatives and follow up to confirm continuous improvement.
• Manage, measure and constantly look for ways to improve the Sales Process.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of services and review activities in sales.
• Plan and coordinate training schedule for new sales representatives.
• Develop results by coaching and providing feedback on content discussed during training sessions.
• Assist with market research to determine other areas of expansion.
• Stay current with market trends while developing outcome improvement resources.
