Group Management Services (GMS) is seeking to hire a full time Benefits System Analyst in the Richfield, OH office.

SUMMARY:

Provides technical and strategic support to the benefits administration team; willing to challenge the status quo.  Has a continuous improvement mindset and develops solutions by discovering and implementing new system features and monitoring the effectiveness of internal processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Reviews, analyzes and evaluates user and client needs to create and configure systems solutions that support overall business strategies and integrate with existing and future systems.
• Acts as the subject matter expert regarding all benefits systems.
• Ensures accurate setup and data integrity of benefits systems.
• Functions as a liaison between IT and users and have both business and technical expertise.
• Develops Operational Best Practice documentation and training ads for end users.
• Creates reports as needed by the department and organization.
• Responsible for W-2 benefit contributions reporting for non-AOR clients.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management

• Education/Experience - Bachelor's Degree is preferred with 3-5 years related experience.  Exposure to health and welfare benefits strongly preferred.  Experience with Prism or another PEO system is preferred.  Systems configuration experience is required.
• Other Qualifications - Must be able to travel occasionally (using personal vehicle)
