This role includes:

• Direct store associates to ensure daily duties are accomplished
• Lead peers by example while efficiently working on assisted projects
• Help train and develop skills for new store associates
• Create an organized work space while attending to guests needs
• Generate a positive store experience by greeting customers and creating a fun and convenient place to shop
• Work with customers to buy used clothing and accessories
• Promote our store by engaging with customers
• Communicate store promotions and selling process
• Tag incoming product and restock sales floor
• Maintain store environment, creating an organized, fun and inviting place to shop.

What you need for this role:

• 1 -2 or more year’s leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have evening and weekend availability
• Friendly and helpful attitude
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
