Physical Therapist

Spectrum Orthopaedics is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist for an outpatient services setting in New Philadelphia, Ohio. Key elements of the position will involve evaluation, treatment, supervision, documentation and training. The position is key in the accomplishment of organizational objectives. This position may require travel within a regional area of Ohio and is classified as an exempt position. We offer a competitive salary with bonus structure, Generous PTO schedule, Medical Benefits and 401k at 30 hours per wk.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs evaluation services to patients and/or clients.
Provide treatment services to patients and/or clients.
Accomplish and submit various types of written documentation and paperwork per department requirements.
Promote a positive, professional image of Spectrum Orthopaedics via communications and relations development.
Supervise other staff members.
Practice and promote safe work habits and work environments.
Ensure confidentiality of patient, operational and Spectrum Orthopaedics business information.

Requirements:
Bachelors, Master’s and/or Doctorate Degree from an accredited program qualifying for license eligibility in the State of Ohio
Current license or license eligible to practice respective discipline in the State of Ohio
Articulate oral and written communications skills
1+ year(s) of experience in an outpatient orthopaedic clinic
