This unique opportunity is for an Ohio Licensed Certified Physical Therapy Assistant located on the west side of Cuyahoga County.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides Physical Therapy services to patients by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation

• Functions under the supervision of the Physical Therapist

• Adheres to applicable principles and practices of physical therapy, TIM policies/procedures, and state regulations

Requirements:

• We seek the following principal qualifications:

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

• Completion of state exam* Geriatric experience, preferably in a home health environment
