This unique opportunity is for a Full-Time Ohio Licensed Certified Physical Therapist Assistant. The position would encompass treatment at Memorial Gables, a progressive SNF in an award winning medical community in Marysville, OH. You would be working with a strong devoted team providing therapy services.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides Physical Therapy services to patients by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation
Functions under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
Adheres to applicable principles and practices of physical therapy, TIM policies/procedures, and state regulations

Requirements:
Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Ohio PTA License
Geriatric experience
