Salary: $85,000-105,000, depending on experience with bonus structure  of 10-15% of salary depending on performance.

Local Therapy company is currently looking for a full time or part time Certified Hand Therapist CHT OT in the North Canton/Stark County area working for a large multi-practice physician group.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides and directs Occupational Therapy services to patients including: assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation.
Functions under physicians’ orders and adheres to applicable principles and practices of physical therapy, company policies/procedures, and state regulations.
Coordinates treatment plan with patient, family, and other team members.
Documents results of patient’s assessment, treatment, follow-up and termination of services.

Requirements:
College degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist.
Certified Hand Therapist.
License to practice occupational therapy within the state.
Must have 2 years outpatient experience.
Must have experience with splinting.
Must have experience with new-wound and surgical care.
Must have flexible schedule.
