This unique opportunity is for a Full Time Therapy Tech/Rehab Aide/Rehab Tech. The position would encompass treatment at Memorial Gables, a progressive SNF in an award winning medical community in Marysville, OH. You would be working with a strong devoted team providing therapy services.

Responsibilities:
-Must be able to perform effectively in a stressful and fast paced work environment.
-Must have the ability to prioritize appropriately.
-Must be detail oriented and have the capacity to effectively multitask throughout the work shift.
-Must have excellent communication skills and the capacity to interact professionally with a variety of customers, including but not limited to patients, families, co-workers, volunteers, and physicians throughout the work shift.

Requirements:
-STNA preferred, but not required
-Accurate clerical skills
-Pleasant, professional telephone voice
-Ability to organize
-Familiarity with health care facility environments and terminology
-High school education
-Basic computer knowledge and skills including data entry, internet, word processing and spreadsheets

Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs patient care through the course of treatment.
Provides instruction, guidance, and treatment to patients under supervision of Therapists.
Inform patient, family, and team members of the patient's needs based upon the assessment and/or treatment.
