Commercial Roofer with Sign on Bonus Offered!

Wooster Roofing and Construction is currently seeking reliable, full-time Commercial Roofers for year round employment. We are offering a great benefits package that includes medical, paid holidays, PTO, and a Simple IRA.
 
$500 sign on bonus offered **terms discussed upon hire.
Schedule: 40 hours a week, typically 8 hour days, starting time 6:30 am (will vary upon season)  
Pay: $15-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
 
Duties & Requirements:

• EPDM, TPO, Metal, BUR and Green roof installation, repair, re-roofing and new construction roof application.
• Determine cause and extent of damage.
• Install new roofs including metal flashings, gutter/downspout systems, etc.
• Repair and/or replace roof decking/substrate.
• Determine need for repair/replacement of roof decking, wood nailers.
• Must have experience in flat and single-ply roofing.
• Must have a clean driving record/and or reliable transportation to and from the job sites
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
