The Server Assistant/Busser will assist food servers to ensure total guest satisfaction. To be successful you must have a passion for people, service, food and wine. Must have the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise transport up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis, often in a crowded room. Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
