Description
Pain Management Group is looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual with healthcare experience to fulfill a crucial role in multi-site operational management. This individual must take the lead in ensuring effective communication, making operational decisions, and providing guidance toward strategic program growth among multiple pain clinics at one of our Tennessee location partnerships.

The Regional Healthcare Director of Operations plays a critical role in the development, implementation, and management of a well-balanced operating plan for multiple hospital-based Pain Management clinics. This position is primarily responsible for leading the clinic staff to obtain the desired results while ensuring compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare, quality assurance, safety, and labor laws.

Compensation: $85k - $90k salary plus variable compensation bonus.

What else you can expect:
  • Provide guidance and motivation to clinic leadership and staff to ensure the clinic has a trained and satisfied work team, and lead the team in the efficient provision of clinic services that provide quality patient care, high customer satisfaction, and financial profitability
  • Interact with the hospital leadership to manage budgets, assist with interviews for hiring new staff, and coordinate communications with PMG leadership
  • Make operational decisions, execute and deliver on those decisions, and provides feedback to hospital and PMG leadership
  • Lead financial and business planning efforts to identify new business opportunities for PMG and their partners
  • Visit customer sites to meet with manager, staff, and hospital leadership.
  • Review clinic performance, identifies inefficiencies or deviations from standards, provides proper guidance to staff in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist hospital in the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of pain management clinic staff
  • Solid understanding of financial and operational metrics driving clinical performance to meet or exceed budget expectations
  • Work closely with PMG and hospital marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that are most effective for that region

What you need to be qualified:
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field desired
  • 5+ years management experience in a healthcare environment
  • Proactive leader with a positive outlook & outgoing personality
  • Ability to independently operate at a high level without direct oversight
  • Ability to manage multiple healthcare teams at one time
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
