Description

Maintenance/Set-Up Crew: Tuesday-Sunday 8:00 am to1:00 pm

Duties include, but are not limited to lawn maintenance, grounds keeping, removal of trash and clean up from events, parking lots and grounds. The maintenance of restrooms, set up and tear down of spaces for events. This positions reports directly to the maintenance coordinator.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

-Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English to complete required daily tasks
-Organization and coordination skills
-Ability to multi-task
-The ability to use motorized equipment and power tools in a safe, secure manner
-Requires standing/walking/bending throughout the entire shift
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds
-The use of personal protective equipment per job requirement, some may be heavy
-Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions, heat and cold
-Working with various chemicals for cleaning and lawn care
-Must have a neat, well-groomed appearance

Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
