Estimator
Sidney Body CARSTAR, a well-established collision repair company, is currently looking for a full-time Estimator for their location in Sidney, Ohio. Estimators are responsible for providing superior customer care, maintaining an acceptable closing ratio, coordinating with other staff members to achieve set sales goals, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
Sidney CARSTAR offers medical, paid time off, 401(k), and paid holidays. This is a full-time position 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, and pay will be based on experience.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Management or the industry
- Intermediate knowledge of Management Software, Microsoft Office, and Estimating Software
- ICAR a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Able to work independently without close supervision
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel
- Highly organized; able to handle multiple concurrent assignments
- Possess strong communication skills (reading, written, verbal, listening)
