Description
Rent Due LLC is looking for a full-time Office Assistant /Bookkeeper. This position will report directly to the owner and will perform all general accounting and record keeping functions. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to learn the business and be involved in the future plans of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
 
  • A/P & A/R
  • HR
  • Payroll entry
  • Billing
  • Monitor contractor files for compliance
  • Answer phones
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
  • Establish and monitor procedures for compliance
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Design and implement office policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
  • Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Help monitor the pace of action
  • Provide clear and concise reporting usually in brief calls or texts to the owner
  • Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
 
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables
  • High School Diploma. Associates or Bachelors degree in related field preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment and fast paced office

Hours/Pay:
Flexible work schedule
$12-$14 based on skill set and experience
401k
