Summary: This is a full-time position responsible for managing all Service Technicians/installers working in the Commercial/Residential Industrial Market.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:        

• Schedules all jobs for service technicians/installers
• Responds to all customer complaints.
• Oversees Warehouse Coordinator.
• Responsible for maintaining company vehicle.
• Responsible for completing all required paperwork.
• Troubleshoot issues
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• At least two or more years related experience and/or training.
• Must have previous managerial experience.
• Detailed oriented.
• Knowledge of all types of doors.
• Able to work in team environment.

Full Time. Pay based on experience.
