We are looking for someone who can step in right away and lead small to medium projects centered on carpentry and shoring projects.  An added bonus if you have experience with masonry, slate/tile roof repair, sheet metal trades such as box gutters, and/or plaster repair.  However, a successful candidate can be cross trained on these trades. You must be responsible, reliable, and punctual, with an excellent work ethic. You also will need to be ready to hit the ground running while striving to improve every day. Need a diversified skill set, ability to lead other people, and to run jobs profitably while completing high quality work.

Core Requirements:

• 5+ years in the construction industry
• 5+ carpentry
• 2+ years in a foreman or leadership position
• Able and willing for travel as needed
• Valid Driver's License that qualifies for coverage from our insurance (4 points or less, no speed violations that exceed 15 mph over the speed limit, no DUI's in last 6 years)
• Ability to carry at least 50 lbs regularly
• Pass pre-employment drug screening & background check

Preferred traits:

• 2+ years experience with one or more of the following: (Plaster, Masonry, Stone Patching, Sheet Metal)
• 1+ year of Slate/Tile/Metal Roofing Experience
