SERVER ASSISTANT-MUST BE AT LEAST 19 YEARS OF AGE

The Server Assistant carries out a variety of roles: Dining Room, Patio Busser and Event Busser.

Job Duties include:

• Set up and clear guest tables
• Stocking service stations
• Assisting food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction
• Delivering and retrieving food and/or beverage items in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Return service items and equipment from dining/patio/event areas of property to keep public areas presentable
• Sorts/cleans tables and trays so that equipment is available for future orders

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings, service-ware and menu items
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise transport up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis, often in a crowded room
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs.
• Well-organized
• Ability to multitask
• Maintain a positive, friendly and courteous attitude at all times

Must be able to work a flexible schedule

•  3-5 shifts per week
•  Must be available evenings, weekends and holiday
