The Regional Manager of Operations (RMO) plays a critical role in the development and implementation of a well-balanced operating plan for multiple, hospital based Pain Management clinics. Your primary responsibility is to assist the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) with operational activities such as marketing, meeting preparations, and data entry/manipulation.

You will have the ability to work remotely from home and from partner locations in the Southeast Indiana and Northern Kentucky area. The RMO role is seen as training into the RDO role. Relocation may be necessary for this transition to occur. You will be required to travel up to 80% of the time. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Pay: $55-65,000/ salary, based on experience

Essential Functions:

• Assist the Regional Directors while working with hospital marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Coordinate marketing outreach activities and participate in marketing events and physician outreach
• Attend center leadership meetings and assists the Regional Directors with meeting preparation
• Create agendas, physician referral reports, and growth and marketing reports
• Participation in physician financial meetings and other pertinent meetings
• Take meeting minutes and following up on action items as appropriate
• Shadow the Regional Directors on customer site visits when meeting with manager, staff, and hospital leadership
• Review operational indicators weekly and evaluate data for accuracy and identification of areas that need immediate attention
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field, preferred
• 2-3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment
• Proactive leader with a positive outlook & outgoing personality
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
