Guest Services Specialist

We are seeking courteous and hospitable candidates to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Our Guest Service Specialists are responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment the guest arrives at the Villas unit the guest checks out. They serve as the main point of contact for all guest request/needs and then pursing the issue to a resolution. You will be responsible for checking our guests and out of the Villas, fulfilling guest requests during their stay, answer telephone inquiries, making reservations and other duties assigned.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

-Possess a professional, pleasant attitude and demeanor
-Must possess excellent customer service skills
-Have excellent PC, typing and internet navigation skills
-Knowledge of Villa reservation system
-Basic math skills to operate cash register, make change, total guest accounts, count and prepare bank drops
-Strong communication skills
-Telephone skills that include exceptional tone, clarity, pronunciation and proper use of grammar
-Good listening skills
-Consistent attendance and stable work history
-Ability to work independently and prioritize
-Ability to problem solve
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Ability to work independently
-Strong organizational and coordinating skills
-Ability to stand/walk/bend throughout the shift
-Ability to push 75 pounds

Applicant Must:

-Be at least 19 years of age
-Be able to work a flexible schedule
-Be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
