Gervasi Vineyard is seeking a Host for their Bistro.

Our host people are the main point that our guests have with our restaurant. We are looking for an experienced, courteous, upbeat, service-oriented, professional to join our team. You must work as a team with our other employees to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

-Well-organized
-Ability to multi-task
-Maintain a positive attitude at all times
-Ability to learn the wine/food menu
-Excellent phone skills
-Ability to learn the floor plan
-Ability to read, write and speak English eloquently and professionally
-Exceptional customer service
-Ability to deal effectively with customer complaints and concerns by listening, demonstrating
 empathy and providing positive, proactive solutions
-Must have a neat, well-groomed appearance
-Friendly and courteous with exceptional phone skills
-Hosting experience a plus 

Must be available to work all shifts and flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
