Senior Project Manager

Local, experienced HVAC, Mechanical Contractor and Custom Design Build company seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio!

Compensation is negotiable ranging from $50,000-$80,000 based on verifiable experience.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage projects, assist project coordinators as needed for meeting the clients needs and ensure their satisfaction as the project moves forward.
• Communicate clear expectations to team members, building owner or general contractor; resolve all construction issues.
• Lead, team members on a proactive basis.
• rack and report on project milestones, schedule and budget status to management weekly.
• Maintain and build customer relationships.
• Manage project development from initiation to closure.
• Meet weekly with company Presdient to discuss and review the bidding process on the Wins and Losses.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Previous Project Management experience is a plus!
• 5 years of HVAC experience with CAD drawing knowledge.
• Must have construction background and good computer proficiency skills.
• Clean driving record.
• 5 years of project management and supervisor experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
