Sales and Interior Design Consultant
Architectural Justice is a full service design and remodeling center serving northeast Ohio for 30 years. Our 20,000 square-foot showroom offers almost every product imaginable for the home including: granite, marble, cabinetry, flooring, ornamental iron, cast stone, custom furniture, as well as kitchen and bath products. As the Sales and Design Consultant you will be responsible for assisting clients with their projects and delivering exceptional design and customer service. Compensation is $30K base salary + commission with potentially $75K a year after commission.

As the Sales and Design Consultant you will be responsible for assisting clients with their projects and delivering exceptional design and customer service. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with showroom tours explaining scope of products & services offered by Architectural Justice
- Design projects and ensure each customer has an efficient, timely and enjoyable selection process
- Collaborate with Remodeling Manager to complete overall project focusing on pricing, scope of work, timelines and deadlines
- Provide Experienced Based Estimates and final detailed Quotes to customers in a timely manner
- Produce sales and appropriate margins
- Meet with Job Site Foreman and Remodeling Manager at job site as determined by scope of work
- Produce completed Design Packet by deadline, including signed proposals, contracts, drawings and disclaimers
- Create final (non-shop) drawings for project including floor plans, elevations and mechanical requirements
- Conduct final walk through with customer on remodel jobs
Experience and Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in the design field or related experience
- 3 - 5 years related work experience with strong design, drafting and computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, 20/20 design and Sage 100 Contractor
- Positive, can do attitude
