Summary:
Transports and cleans cooking pans, utensils and serviceware in order to provide cooks, bus persons and food servers with appropriate equipment for guests' dining experience. Also requires cleaning of physical surroundings and storage areas.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of serviceware and how to maintain same in order to compliment guest experience.
Knowledge of operations and chemical procedures for dishwasher.
Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 600 lbs.
Physical strength and stamina are essential to this position due to the high activity level.
Ability to read the English language so as to fully comprehend job requests, caution notices and similar written materials.
Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room.
Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 80 lbs, or otherwise, move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 600 lbs.

Must be available to work all shifts and flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
