Paving Foreman

Asphalt Services of Ohio is looking for a paving foreman to join our team. If you are a strong leader with at least 5 years of experience in the asphalt industry, have at least 3 years experience as a foreman and can maintain a positive working environment for your crew, then we want you to join our team! Compensation for this position is $1,300-$1,500 per week with a $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days!

As paving foreman, you will lead and work alongside the asphalt paving crew to ensure our jobs are completed safely, on time and within budget and that they meet ASO quality standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.

We require a valid driver’s license and must meet driving insurance requirements. Class A CDL license is a plus!
