Group Management Services is looking for self motivated individual to step into our Implementation Specialist role based out of our Richfield, OH location.

As with all positions here at GMS, we are looking for a driven individual with a customer oriented mindset and a passion for developing strong relationships.  


What are some expectations for this role?

• Act as single point of contact and lead implementation of new GMS clients
• Transition each new client into GMS' internal payroll/tax system and integrate them into GMS procedures
• Gather documentation regarding clients' payroll processing
• Respond and handle all client requests as it relates to the payroll/setup function
• Provide weekly progress updates to client and internal team members
• Train clients on the GMS procedures and policies, GMS Web-Portal and Payroll and coordinate training
• Review and facilitate new client setup process, strategy, define business priorities and lead changes to enhance client satisfaction and improve the client set up process
• Assist management and the Director with various administrative tasks and document creation
• Perform all other duties as assigned

What are the qualifications for this role?

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred
• 1-2 years related experienced preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
• Valid driver's license required; must be willing to travel when necessary
