Pink Shell is seeking a full-time Public Area Cleaner/Janitor for its 3 – 11 pm shift. As Public Area Cleaner/Janitor, you will be responsible for cleaning public areas and meeting spaces, and any other assigned areas in a timely and organized manner to ensure guest satisfaction per BMC company standards.

What are we looking for?

• An individual with a strong work ethic and have a high standard of cleanliness
• Previous work-related experience preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push, or pull heavy loads, and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift bundles of linen weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to speak Basic English to communicate with guests and associates
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Has flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and Holidays

What would my job responsibilities be?

• Provide cleaning services to office areas, public areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms by mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, and dusting
• Ensure toilet paper, soap, and paper towel are stocked in restrooms
• Ensure towel and wastebaskets are emptied regularly
• Respond to and follow through on guest requests, concerns, and problems
• Report all safety hazards or concerns timely
• Communicate daily by utilizing provided radios
