The Pink Shell Beach Resort is seek experienced food and beverage Servers to join our enthusiastic team!  This position pays $8.00 per hour plus tips from customers.  This is a great opportunity if you like to work outdoors with a gorgeous view of the ocean.  You will be serving our guests on our sun drenched beach and pool deck, on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
                                                                                                                             
Responsibilities include:

• To provide dining services to guests in a manner in which is in keeping with the established standards of service
• Develop repeat business by maintaining a congenial attitude toward all guests and by demonstrating an awareness of proper service standards through daily guest service
• Prepare assigned stations for full service of the day
• Use suggestive selling techniques when taking food and beverage orders
• Maintain a constant awareness of guest needs through teamwork
• Accurately prepare all guest checks using proper key codes 

Qualities we are looking for include:

• Neat, well-groomed
• Take a strong personal interest in guest satisfaction
• Minimum of 1 year restaurant service experience
• Prefer fine dining experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written 
• Flexible to include weekends and holidays
