We are seeking a driven Reservations Sales Agent with knowledge of the hotel industry and a goal oriented mindset.

Duties of the position:

• Selling all hotel/condo properties to prospective guests
• Taking reservations over the phone and entering them into the computer
• Preparing reservation folios for future arrivals
• Preparation of packages, typing rooming lists
• Interaction with the Sales Department and the Front Desk to determine goals
• Exemplify excellent customer service skills

Requirements:

• Typing skills are required
• Basis of computer knowledge
• Reservation and sales experience preferred in a hotel setting
• Customer relations skills required

This position pays $11 per hour plus performance based commission.
This is a part time position.
