Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina is currently seeking an upbeat, motivated, and guest-service minded Reservation Sales Agent. Our Reservation Sales Agents are responsible for assisting and booking vacation packages for all three properties, Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina, Sandpiper Gulf Resort, and the Plaza Resort and Spa. If you enjoy interacting with guests and providing exceptional customer service, then we want to hear from you.

What do we offer? We offer the ability to work from home after completing 90-day training at the resort in Fort Myers Beach. $13 per hour plus performance-based commission, Life Insurance, 401-k Plan, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacations, Personal/Sick Time, and a Floating Holiday.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
 

Responsibilities

• Answer all calls and emails in a prescribed manner
• Assist guests with planning, booking and modifying reservations for all three properties
• Communicate effectively with the Sales Department and Front Desk to discuss guests’ requests and Special needs
• Provide concierge services with general knowledge of the property and surrounding area including restaurants, entertainment, special events, and general directions
• Exemplify excellent customer service skills

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hotel/resort experience, preferably in reservations/sales/front desk
• Must have exceptional oral and written communications skills
• Ability to cross-sell from one property to another
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all time
• Ability to perform data entry in various systems
• Must have a flexible schedule including weekend and holidays
