The Pink Shell Beach Resort is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join our engineering department. We are a large resort right on the beach with a variety of handyman tasks in and around the property. Our Techs are a valuable part of our work force and will work under the direction of our Chief Engineer.

What can you expect?

• Completing room calls as assigned in work orders
• Completing lighting check list and change light bulbs and ballasts
• Conducting maintenance on the pools, filters and pumps
• Adjusting televisions and programs setting for guests
• Changing light switches and outlets that are not functioning
• Repairing doors and building hardware
• Repairing faucets, toilets and drains
• Repairing vacuum cleaners
• Painting and/or staining interior and exterior finishes /walls
• Replacing air filters as needed

What do you need?

• Must have basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing experience
• Have hand and power tool knowledge
• Carpentry experience is a plus
• Customer service skills are a must
