Line Cook - Evenings, Jack's Farm to Fork
Compensation: $14 per hour

The responsibilities of the Line Cook include:

• Prepare all entrees to order
• All prep work related to dinner
• Follow all S.O.P. and recipes
• Be able to work broiler station
• Make sure a proper set-up is done for the following day
• Keep reach-in organized and clean
• Clean grill at the end of every shift
• Wipe down station after shift

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years experience at a dinner house
• Knowledge of basic sauce preparation
• Understanding and knowledge of basic sanitation; proficient in use of all kitchen equipment
• Some culinary schooling helpful. Shift is evenings to include weekends and holidays.
