We are currently seeking experienced Servers who exceed the customer expectations by connecting with each guest and making them feel like the only one in the restaurant. Welcomes and greets guests in a timely manner
- Informs guests of special menu items
- Serves food and beverage in a timely manner
- Performs side work at the start and end of each shift
- Prepares room for dining by clothing and setting condiments
- Ensures proper sanitation and table cleanliness
- Helps and directs patrons by presenting food and beverage menu
- Transmits orders to bar and kitchen
- Records guest meal and drink sections accurately
- Provides bill to guest and collects payment through point of sale system
- Checks in regularly with guest to ensue needs are met
- Assists fellow servers as situations arise
- Communicates with management on any complaints or projected issues
- Assists bus person with clearing and resetting tables
- Folds silverware to keep up with guest demands
- Declares tips according to IRS standards
- Performs other related duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
- 2+ year of previous work experience in high-volume restaurant or hotel preferred
- TIPS certified within 30 days of employment
- Physical stamina to walk and stand for the entire shift
- Ability to work outdoors 90% of the time
- Has flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and Holidays
