If you are passionate about a locally sourced and sustainable food effort and enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with our team then we want to talk to you about Jack's Farm to Fork Restaurant inside of the Pink Shell Beach Resort.  Compensation will be $12.00 per hour. 
 
Responsibilities include:

• Prepare all entrees to order
• All prep work related to dinner
• Follow all S.O.P. and recipes
• Be able to work broiler station
• Make sure a proper set-up is done for the following day
• Keep reach-in organized and clean
• Clean grill at the end of every shift
• Wipe down station after shift

 
Qualifications:

• 5 years experience at a dinner house
• Knowledge of basic sauce preparation
• Understanding and knowledge of basic sanitation; proficient in use of all kitchen equipment
• Some culinary schooling helpful
• Shift is evenings to include evenings, weekends and holidays
