The Pink Shell Beach Resort is seeking a HVAC certified Maintenance Technician to work in our engineering department. You will provide advanced technical repairs and maintenance to all hotel systems, equipment and physical features.

What else can you expect?

• Conduct repairs on kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines and refrigeration systems
• Preform repairs and maintain all boilers and plumbing system
• Repair and maintain all air conditioning and heating equipment and systems.
• Repair and maintain all electrical and natural gas distribution systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Test and operate building emergency systems
• Uphold the preventative maintenance schedule
• Keep accurate records of all work performed
• Specify and order tools, parts, materials and supplies

What do you need?

• Must be HVAC certified
• Operate small hand tools such as drills, grinders, saws, etc.
• Understand advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and boiler operation
• Lift and carry heavy objects such as boxes, televisions, ladders, etc.
• Read and understand blueprints, schematic drawings and technical parts breakdowns
