The Pink Shell Resort and Marina is currently seeking a Night Auditor.  The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing the revenue and expense transactions, which occurred during the day at the Pink Shell Beach Resort. This is a third shift position only.

The Pink Shell Resort and Marina sits on an expansive 12 acres on Fort Myers Beach. We are surrounded by the Matanzas Pass on one side of our island and Gulf of Mexico on the other. We offer studios, one- and two-bedroom accommodations, meeting facilities, a spa, full-service marina, fitness center, two restaurants and fun activities for the whole family.

You will also be required to:

• Review room and tax postings for accuracy
• Balance department totals, guest and city ledgers
• Complete all room night audit reports, balances and verifies tabs on daily revenue spreadsheet
• Clear any open tickets from both the Spa and outlet POS systems at the end of each day
• Send express check-out folios to all guest that departed that day
• Balance all credit card room charges
• Ensure knowledge of all front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments and PBX operations
• Complete back-up of PMS and night audit program
• Prepares express check-outs
• Upload and post daily revenues into Profitvue for daily financial reporting
• Inform management of any unusual activity during shift
• Ensure all house charges are posted accurately and timely
• Send check-out e-mail list to Unifocus for survey processing
• Complete the rebuild of PMS systems and other related computer maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience and Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2+ years’ experience required
