The Pink Shell Vacation Club is now seeking time share professionals to become a Sales Counselor. This is a face-to-face sales position directed at presenting the Pink Shell Beach Resort’s Vacation Club program. This position brings the leads to you by way of families and travelers from all over the world. You will promote and explain our new Vacation Club product while touring beautiful resort and amenities.

What you can expect:

• Learn to discover the prospective purchaser’s needs and interests while creating a need / want to join the Pink Shell Vacation Club program through a structured sales presentation
• Advise clients on the added values of becoming a Club Member
• Be prepared to address and overcome any questions or concerns while providing a quality customer service experience
• Responsible for providing a 60 to 90-minute Vacation Club Presentation
• Ability to sell with passion, possess excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Drive to succeed with focus on individual and team goals
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clientele

What you need to qualify:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of sales experience required
• Experience in shared ownership or time share industry preferred
• Full schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays required
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with an outgoing personality
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
