We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to support our recruiting, on-boarding, and retention of talent for the Pink Shell Resort. In this role you will ensure leaders have the best talent on their teams to achieve their business results.

You will also be required to:

• Actively source candidates to meet the talent needs of the business
• Maintain accuracy of physical and electronic job postings
• Screen resumes and applications to make recommendations for next steps
• Conduct phone/Skype screens for applicants to make recommendations for next steps
• Schedule and coordinates interviews with all interested parties
• Provide tour of property for final applicants
• Represent Pink Shell at job fairs and other sourcing events to provide depth to the talent pipeline
• Assist in the development of role-based curriculum
• Conduct new associate orientation and on-boarding program
• Ensure new hire information is entered, complete and adheres to all laws and guidelines
• Ensure benefit-eligible associates are enrolled and terminated as needed and assists with annual open enrollment program
• Manage uniform and name badge inventory and assures each associate has the appropriate garments to meet our uniform standards
• Insure all associates files are accurate and up to date
• Coordinate associate relations activities (service recognition, awards, all associate meetings, and birthdays)
• Conduct exit interviews for hourly associates

What you need to qualify:

• 2-3 years’ experience as an HR professional
• 2 – 3 years in the hospitality industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
