Take your side hustle to the next level and become a Bar Back at The Pink Shell Beach Resort! This is an exciting growth opportunity with the ability to advance your career to Bartender status. The Bar Back will assist Bartenders treat guests to a relaxing time at our outdoor tiki bar. The Bar Back is a key member of our successful team. This is a full time position and compensation is $10.00.

What will you do?

• Stock ice bins with ice as needed throughout the shift
• Stock ice cream freezer and condiments
• Know the proper way to cut garnishments for drinks
• Know how to set up requisitions for supplies in the bar
• Stock enough plastic ware throughout the shift
• Check and empties garbage cans frequently
• Wipe down bar areas and tables whenever needed
• Sweep the floors whenever necessary
• Stock and cleans liquor room
• Make milkshakes as necessary
• Remove bus pans from the bar whenever necessary

What do you need?

• Ability to handle knives to cut garnishes required
• Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods
• Punctual and dressed for work at scheduled times
• Flexible to include evenings, weekends and holiday availability
