At the Pink Shell Beach Resort, our Hosts and Hostesses are responsible for greeting guests and seating them at an appropriate table before they are introduced to their server. You may perform a variety of other tasks within a restaurant establishment which may include ringing up orders, refilling beverages, setting tables, and cleaning serving areas and all other functions to make our team successful. This is an hourly position at $12 per hour.

What else can you expect?

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner
• Answer all telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner
• To accurately complete all transactions of checks for Room Service and the restaurant
• Keep constantly aware of open tables in the dining room
• Have complete knowledge of menus including the specials of the day
• Inform Servers of new guests in their section
• Responsible for cash bank and proper accounting of fund
• Collect and record all cash, credit card and room charges

Who are we? The Pink Shell Resort and Marina sits on an expansive 12 acres on Fort Myers Beach. We are surrounded by the Matanzas Pass on one side of our island and Gulf of Mexico on the other.
