Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina is now seeking a full-time Bellman to join our team! As the Bellman, you will be responsible for enhancing the guest’s arrival and departure experience, resolving guest issues and complaints, engaging with guests to build a connection, and anticipating the guest’s needs and requests.

The ideal candidate will be personable, guest service-oriented, able to multi-task, and possess strong verbal communication skills. Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, be able to lift 50 pounds, and have open availability. This position pays $8.56 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Open car doors and warmly greet guests as they arrive at the Resort’s entrance.
• Unload guest baggage onto carts and deliver to guests’ rooms.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles of guests who have selected the option of valet parking. Inspect vehicles for damage prior to receiving and/or returning them to guests.
• Give clear directions to all hotel facilities, guest rooms, and local area attractions.
• Deliver packages, faxes, and messages to guests.
• Tag and store baggage for guests as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing baggage.
• Arrange transportation for guests.
• Ensure the front entrance and bell stand are kept clean.
• 2 years of hospitality experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to operate manual transmission
