Pink Shell is seeking an experienced Gift Shop Attendant. As a Gift Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for sales at Audrey’s gift shop. From snacks to souvenirs, Audrey’s at Pink Shell Resort has guests covered. We carry everything from an assortment of essential grocery items to fun beach toys.

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for a people person with an outgoing and friendly demeanor
• Someone who enjoys the satisfaction of positively impacting someone’s day
• Previous Retail Sales experience required, preferably in a specialty retail store environment
• Present a professional image in appearance, words, and actions
• Can stand and walk around for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Has flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and Holidays

What would my job responsibilities be?

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, professional attitude
• Communicate with guests to assist in purchasing decisions and suggestive selling
• Perform cash-handling functions, including Silverware POS System, register, and daily reporting
• Assist in merchandising functions such as display, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing
• Ensure retail outlet adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
• Monitor all traffic in the shop to minimize losses
• Ensure the daily operation of the retail outlet adheres to operating procedure guidelines
