We are seeking  Full Time and Part Time driven Reservations Sales Agents with knowledge of the hotel industry and a goal oriented mindset.  This position pays $13 per hour plus performance based commission.  We offer the ability to work from home after a 90 day introductory period. 

What we do in the Reservations Department:

• Selling all hotel/condo properties to prospective guests
• Taking reservations over the phone and entering them into the computer
• Preparing reservation folios for future arrivals
• Preparation of packages, typing rooming lists
• Interaction with the Sales Department and the Front Desk to determine goals
• Exemplify excellent customer service skills

What you need to qualify:

• Typing skills are required
• Basis of computer knowledge
• Reservation and sales experience preferred in a hotel setting
• Customer relations skills required
