SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:     3:00 PM - 11:30 PM., with weekend/holiday availability
 
DESCRIPTION:

• Sorts, washes and dries all guest room and food and beverage linen.
• Processes stained linen according to established standards.
• Operates ironer. Operates towel folder.
• Places dry, clean linen in bins for Housekeeping Aids to pick up.
• Weighs all bins prior to leaving laundry area and logs weights on appropriate line.
• Reports substandard (unsafe) conditions to supervisor.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds; must be able to push 100 pound cart
• Must be able to stand or walk to for varying lengths of time, often long periods.
• Must be able to withstand high temperatures in an enclosed area
• High standard of cleanliness
• Friendly, hospitality oriented personality
