Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina is looking for a Membership Coordinator for our Yacht & Beach Club. As the Membership Coordinator, you will be responsible member retention and the day-to-day operations of the membership department as well as ongoing communication with members and prospective members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal customer service with timely responses to members and prospective members’ inquiries
• Compose and/or write routine correspondence including, but not limited to: emails, letters, announcements, weekly members spend reports, etc.
• Book members’ reservations; greet members upon arrival and complete members’ check-in and check-out
• Provide Resort tour to prospective members; deliver the utmost level of customer service to ensure a great sales tour experience
• Process membership applications, renewals, and terminations.
• Create new member profiles and folders.
• Ensure the database and members files are up-to-date, accurate, and organized
• Build and maintain and a great relationship with prospective and existing members
• Coordinate and execute member events and social activities; photograph members and guests during events
• Ensure knowledge and understanding of membership documents, resort amenities, and social media outlets
• Assist front desk with check-ins as needed
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Membership Sales and Marketing

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years sales experience preferred
• Marketing and event experience a plus
• Possess basic office skills (telephone, computer skills, Microsoft Office, copier, camera)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of professionalism and the ability to exercise good judgment
• Must be able to maintain a well-groomed and polished look
