The Pink Shell Beach Resort is seeking a Membership Coordinator to join our growing team! As the Coordinator you will be responsible for day to day operations in the membership department well as ongoing communication with members and prospective members per company standards.

What can you expect?

• Create new member profiles and completes member folders and application process
• Maintain up-to-date member database
• Schedule and greets all member arrivals
• Communicate effectively with respective Departments
• Execute member reservations and completes check-in for members
• Ensure complete knowledge and understands all membership documents and resort amenities
• Complete weekly Member Spend Reports
• Provide Resort tours when needed
• Perform general office duties
• Coordinate and executes member events and social activities
• Complete special projects as assigned
• Prepare and executes member correspondence
• Ensure knowledge of social media outlets
• Assist front desk with check-ins as needed
• Photograph members and guests during Resort events

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2 years sales experience preferred
• Marketing and event experience is a plus
• Possess basic office skills (telephone, computer skills, Microsoft Office, copier, camera)
