Night Auditor 

Staybridge Suites is now hiring part-time Night Auditors in Stow, Ohio 

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, phone and hospitality skills
• Prior hotel experience  

Our night auditor will:

• Verify  all  account  postings  and  guest  billing  for  the  day  and  make  adjustments  as needed in order to balance daily transactions
• Run the actual night audit process on the PMS and prepare night audit packet
• Balance and transmit credit card transactions
• Print and organize reports for the next day
• Enter daily report into the accounting system.
• Assist  when  available  with  delivery  of  newspapers  and  express  check-outs  to  guest rooms
• Perform  minor  maintenance  repairs  to  keep  guests  happy.  Notify  management  of major maintenance needs.
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks such as cleaning rooms and providing basic guest requests
• Complete laundry if assigned
• Complete the Night Audit shift checklist and the Guest Service Agent shift checklist
• Execute all Manager on Duty (MOD) requirements
