Bartender/Cook

Aloft Beachwood is currently seeking a part-time Bartender/Cook in Beachwood, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately mix and pour spirits, cocktails, wine and beer
• Build relationships with guests and make sure their expectations are met and exceeded
• Keep tabletops and bar areas clean and sanitized
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces etc.
• Prepare “grab and go” food
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as bartender
• Previous experience working as a cook 
• Must be 21 years of age
